Nah, it’s actually a glob of 3M Mounting Putty with some electronics stuck into it. Looks like a movie C4-based bomb, eh? :)

    Looks like minor debris from the tragic collision of the Radioshack parts truck [I swear those are all from Radioshack] and the Cool Whip truck.
