Savannah Writeup Linkage
Odette did a better job writing up our Savannah trip than I could at present, so I’m going to link to hers: “Savannah” on Vulcan’s Peak.
We also have some pictures online in the fairly normal location.

Heh, strolling through your pics made me nolstalgic. I knew where you guys were in almost all the pics (except the Fort ones). River street is entertaining but expensive if you’re a local.
Teehee! I figured you would. Pug remembered the first time we passed Oglethorpe that that’s where you lived in Savannah.
O-House! Hehe! I probably could’ve shown you guys my old room. It supposedly was haunted. Mostly it was just over the dorm-mom. It’s too bad you guys didn’t go look at some of the SCAD buildings, they had some interesting architecture.
We saw SCAD buildings, but we didn’t go in. We also saw a lot of people whom I hope were SCAD students — if that one group was only photographing baseball wearing white face for fun, well, eep…
We definately passed several groups on the streets whose general appearance pretty much screamed “SCAD student.”
This is not a bad thing…the people they were standing out from were tourists. (Like us…)
First time we visited Savannah my parents and I got lost. So my dad says, “Hey ask that blue-haired kid for directions, they probably go to SCAD” (or paraphrased from). Needless to say we did get good directions and she probably did go to SCAD.
When I came back home to FWB it was a bit of a shock to be stared at again w/ my purple hair. ;D
